Simon Richardson: Climbing in Glen Clova
It's the middle of September and the plan is to go rock climbing in Glen Clova, a jewel of a valley cutting deep into the south-east flank of the Cairngorms. The weather forecast is atrocious, but fellow climber Robbie and I decide to give it a go anyway. After all, if you never try you will certainly never succeed.

Mammut Pro team athlete Dani Arnold sets new speed record
In September 2019, Dani Arnold sets a new record time at the Cima Grande. The Mammut Pro Team Athlete climbs the north face over the Comici-Dimai route in 46 minutes and 30 seconds. The 35 years old now holds the speed record on four of Europe’s six major north faces.
